Position : CRO (Customer Relationship Officer)
Qualification : Any Graduate ( Engineers- B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/ MCA)
Experience : 0-1 Years
Job Location : Bangalore
Job Description :
TGraduate in any discipline
Excellent communication skills in English Language
Good typing skills with accuracy
Proficiency in computer skills
6 - 18 months of experience in an International call centre experience highly desired, however fresher's are also welcome provided they have excellent communication skill.
Proficient in any south Indian languages such as Kannada, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam. Candidate with Hindi speaking skills desirable.
Self Confident, objection handling skills, customer centric, flexible for shifts & retention skills.
Compensation best in the industry
5 days a week and predominantly day shifts.
